Anas’ law degree is questionable; I know the lawyers who marked his papers’ - Agyapong

Tough-talking Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, says ace investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, is more corrupt than the alleged corrupt officials he investigates.

Furious Agyapong told Asempa FM Monday that Anas’s law degree is questionable adding, “I know the lawyers who marked his papers.”

The Assin Central MP’s outburst follows Anas’ latest piece on corruption in Ghana football, Number 12, which premieres June 6 at the Accra Conference Center.

According to him, Anas’ style of investigative journalism is wrong, adding that his modus operandi amounts to an invasion of privacy.

He said Anas should first secure orders from the courts before he records alleged corrupt people on their blind side.

Agyapong said the chief investigator at Tigereye has acquired many properties including lands and mansions through blackmail and that he will expose him at the right time.

He said he has evidence to back his claims and that he will release pictures of Anas’ ill-gotten properties across the country soon.
