In a gesture aimed at supporting local drivers, Majority Chief Whip and Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, collaborated with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) to offer free driver's license issuance and renewal.

The initiative, held at the Djankrom Methodist Astro Turf, targeted over 1,000 commercial drivers, including tro-tro, okada, aboboyaa, and taxi operators.

Mr. Annoh-Dompreh's effort seeks to alleviate financial burdens on drivers, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.

The MP's constituency is set to benefit significantly from this program.

The beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the free service, citing cost savings and reduced bureaucratic hurdles.

"We're thankful for the MP's kindness," said one driver. "This will help us focus on our work without worrying about licensing fees."

The initiative underscores Mr. Annoh-Dompreh's commitment to his constituency's welfare.

Projects

In a major boost to healthcare delivery in the Nsawam-Adoagyiri Constituency, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, Majority Chief Whip and Member of Parliament, over the weekend also commissioned a state-of-the-art Community Health Planning Service (CHPS) compound in Sakyikrom.

This milestone achievement is part of Hon. Annoh-Dompreh's vision to bring quality healthcare to the doorsteps of his constituents.

For years, residents of Sakyikrom had to travel miles to access emergency healthcare, often risking delays that could prove fatal.

The new CHPS compound will provide urgent care and stabilization before patients are transferred to larger hospitals for further treatment.

Frank Annoh-Dompreh's contributions to healthcare infrastructure in his constituency have been immense.

The commissioning of the CHPS compound is a testament to Annoh-Dompreh's commitment to the well-being of his constituents.
