AshantiGold has parted ways with stalwart defender Richard Ocran after mutually agreeing to terminate their existing contract, GHANASoccernet.com can confirm.
According to close sources, the centre back requested for the termination of his contract after spending only a season at the club despite an impressive campaign.
Ocran signed two years for the Miners ahead of the 2016/2017 season after leaving Dreams FC.
The 30-year-old netted three goals for AshantiGold last season.
