Assembly receives fire tender and motor bikes

The Prestea Huni/Valley District has taken delivery of a dual purpose fire tender and 46 motor bikes for distribution to assembly members.

Mr Paul Evans Aidoo, the Western Regional Minister, said though Prestea/ HuniValley is a new district, it had been graded as one of the best in the Western region.

He commended the assembly members and all stakeholders for taking keen interest in supporting development projects in the district.

The Assistant District Officer in charge of the Prestea/ Huni Valley fire service division, Mr. Peter Kojo Quayson, thanked the government for the facility.**
