The Brong Ahafo Regional First Vice Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe popularly known as Abronye DC has described the opposition NDC as a very 'wicked' party which does not have the moral right to label anyone as bloody.

According to Abronye DC, former president John Evans Atta Mills who died at the 37 Military Hospital in 2012 bled from his nose, ears and mouth, adding that it is common knowledge that the former president did not die a natural death.

He said former President Mahama took the oath of office as president the same day his boss, late President Mill died, but no one called him a bloody president.

“Today as we speak, John Mahama does not know where the widow of the late President Mills, Ernestina Naadu Mills leave. He is afraid to go there because the people doing his spiritual things for him have told him if he dares go there, Atta Mills’ ghost would haunt and disgrace him. So he doesn’t see face to face with the widow” he said on Peace FM political evening show 'The Platform' on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 and monitored by Daniel Kaku.

The NPP's outspoken communicator also accused the former president of being the brain behind the death of former Vice President Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur because the former Vice President indicated his intention of contesting the NDC flagbearership position.

He explained that after the funeral of the late Vice President, Mr. Mahama has never called to check his widow and children.

He said there can never be anyone in the country whose hands are tainted with the blood of people than Mr. Mahama who will stop at nothing to further his 'wicked' ambitions.

Members of Parliament (MPs) from the Minority NDC side displayed placards during the swearing-in of the MP for Ayawaso West Wuogon, Madam Lydia Seyram Alhassan, last Tuesday.

Their placards read “bloody Widow” among other inscriptions.

These MPs are to face the Privileges Committee of Parliament for their behaviour.

First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mr Joseph Osei-Owusu, gave the ruling yesterday, directing the Clerk of Parliament to go for the tapes or video recordings of the day’s proceedings to identify the MPs involved in the display of placards with the inscription “Bloody Widow” directed at Madam Alhassan for them to be referred to the Privileges Committee.
