Justice Forson Agyapong of the Accra High Court General Jurisdiction 2 has granted the application of the NPP seeking to compel the EC to re-collate results in the Tema Central Constituency.
The Judge reasoned among others that:
1. The EC did not collate the results from all the Polling Stations in the Constituency

2. The person who did the declaration was not the returning officer
3. There's evidence of demand on the EC, and evidence that the EC had refused to act
