LeadAfrique International since 2014 has worked to cultivate a new generation of creative and responsible leaders by equipping them with leadership and soft skills using multiple touch points. Some of these have been the Learning to Learn, camps, and CR8TIFF Business Competition and today we launch THE FUTURE READY CAMPAIGN.

In the last 9 years, it has impacted the lives of over 60,000 students, teachers, and corporate entities to live their best life daily.

The purpose of this project is to get our children to love learning again. Our children have stopped learning. We need to change that by getting a minimum of 2 million Ghanaians between the ages of 13 and 18 to love to learn.

Alvin Toffler, an author has been quoted to say 'The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn. ' This quote has been buttressed by the World Economic Forum's top 10 skills of the future where Active Learning and Learning Strategies.

In September 2022, LeadAfrique International visited 16 schools in 4 districts impacting the lives of 734 young people and teachers to validate or invalidate its assumptions.

If these children are the future leaders of Ghana, then we must begin to teach them to unlearn, relearn and learn to change the trajectory of the Ghanaian story by Ghanaians.

We have 2 approaches;

1. First is that we want the children to log on to www.myleadershipfarm.com. Subscribe and enroll for free and start learning from the learning to learn program. There will be 50 courses on that platform and many more for teachers too. The children can learn individually and then collectively with their classmates to discuss the content to gain different perspectives, understanding, and mastery.

2. Roadshow to all 16 regions as many schools as we can in every region and every district of Ghana to engage the students with your support between January 2023 and December 2025.

Ghana must rise again and will rise again with our collective action. There is no one person to change this nation. We are all involved. We must all get involved to build our motherland beginning with equipping our 13-18 years old with active learning and learning strategy skills.

For you and me, depending on what your story is;

3. You are assured of a pipeline of solutions-oriented Human Resources. Employees who are assertive, thinkers, proactive, and solve problems.

4. These 2 million children can create their own employment and employ others too.

5. Our retirement is secured because we are confident in the caliber of people managing the helm of affairs

We encourage you to join this campaign. Let us arise as citizens of Ghana to make our nation great and strong. All it takes is GHc1.00 for 365 days paid as a one-time contribution or regularly. As a business, you can contribute a minimum of GHc100.00 a month or more for 12 months.

Thank you. Be blessed beyond measure.
