Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare leads the race for the most clean sheets in the Ghana Premier League after six matchdays, having kept four in five appearances.

The experienced shot-stopper has conceded just one goal in his five league outings, playing a key role in Hearts’ defensive solidity during the opening weeks of the 2026/27 campaign.

Asare’s performances have helped the Phobians maintain a strong defensive record, with the Accra-based side recording four clean sheets in their first six matches.

Hearts moved into second place following their 1-0 victory over Port City FC on matchday six.
