Berekum Chelsea thrash Ashantigold 5-1 to go third

Berekum Chelsea continued their bright start to the Premier League after a 5-1 win over Ashantigold at the Golden City Park today.

It was a day for the Stephens of the team as Stephen Sarfo and Stephen Appiah scored a brace each before Stephen Amankonah got a consolation for the visitors.

The match was billed to be a tough one but Chelsea managed to win comfortably at home.

The win keeps the Berekum-based club in contention for the league title as they lie in third place with eight points.
