Police Commander, told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that the incident happened on Monday, December, 14.
Master Evans Owusu, the deceased was said to have picked a quarrel w= ith Rauf at about 2130 hours and this generated into a fierce fight. After the two had been separated by by-standers, Rauf allegedly drew= a knife and stabbed the deceased on the left armpit. Master Owusu fell unconscious and was rushed to the Bibiani Governme= nt Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The body has since been deposited at the mortuary of the hospital for autopsy.
