Bishop Hines said as they go into the communities to discharge their duties, they would face problems and hardships but they should not lose hope as the Lord would always guide and assist them to overcome problems.

Pastor Justice Aggrey and four Elders; Reverend Abigail Yankholmes, Reverend Sylvester Donkor, Reverend Aboagye Boadu and Reverend Awortwe Caiquo were ordained as deacons to climax the conference.

The Bishop was assisted by Mrs. Gwendolyn Brumfield Missionary Supervisor, Rev. Dr. Godfred N. Zormelo, Senior Bishop's Deputy and Rev. John Napoleon Commey, Bishop's Administrative Assistant during the service.
