The Leader of the Prophetic Life Embassy, Telvin Adjei Sowah, has resurfaced online following recent developments involving the Ghana national football team.

In November 2025, the prophet granted an interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM, during which he predicted that the Black Stars would struggle in their international friendly matches ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

He indicated that, despite the expected losses in the friendlies, those setbacks would ultimately strengthen the team and prepare them to perform well at the tournament.

The prophet further predicted that the Black Stars would reach the quarter-finals and suggested they could even contend for a place in the semi-finals.

“We will lose the friendlies, but when we enter the World Cup, you will see that it is a different world altogether… the clarity of what I saw is the quarter-final. We were fighting over 3rd and 4th, yes, that is what I saw until I saw the catalyst and stopped to deal with it…” he said.

The interview recently resurfaced on social media and went viral following the Black Stars’ 5-1 loss to Austria in a pre-World Cup friendly in Vienna on March 27, 2026.

Following the result, some individuals believe it signals the fulfillment of the prophecy, which they say carries both positive and negative implications.

However, the team’s performance at the World Cup will ultimately determine its true significance.
