Bole DCE, security attacked

Unidentified gunmen on Friday February 5, 2016 attacked and shot the security detail accompanying the Bole District Chief Executive in the Northern Region.

The DCE and his team were ambushed near Dollor Town, a mining community.

It is unclear why the gunmen attacked the DCE and opened fire on him and his security details.

It is reported that some soldiers sustained gun wound injuries while one is feared dead.

The police are yet to issue an official statement about the incidence.
