Bolga All Stars midfielder Issahaku Wadidu is confident the newbies will avoid the drop despite flirting at the bottom of the log. The on loan Aduana Stars midfielder ruled his side away from relegation as they gear up for the realities in the top flight.

The former 77 Stars midfielder dubbed the opening rounds of fixtures for his side as litmus test and that the new looking Bolga All Stars will be ready to flex muscles with the remaining 15 opposition clubs. The talismanic pass master , tipped to blossom into the one of the complete footballers in recent times, bullishly laid the gauntlet going into the home steak end of the first round.

” We endured a bad time at the start of the league but fortunately there is enough time for us to recover.

“We dropped cheap points we shouldn’t have dropped but that has motivated going forward.

” The initial part of the season was like preseason and end of term examination but fortunately we’ve passed that with ease now”, Wahidu told Sports crusader exclusively.

Bolga All Stars made a torrid start to the season that include a 1-3 reverse at the hands of Wa All Stars before turning in grand style to tame Kumasi Asante Kotoko in Tamale. The Stars of the East have since won the heart of the neutrals with their large reservoir of energy and youthful talent on board.
