Bryan Acheampong ‘bringing’ terrorists to Ghana – Asiedu Nketia

The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia has accused the Minister of State in-charge of National Security, Bryan Acheampong of ‘bringing’ terrorists to Ghana to torment Ghanaians.

His comments come on the back of the two Canadian women who were kidnapped but rescued by the security agencies.

According to him, Bryan Acheampong who is a former US Army staff joined his colleague soldiers to bombard Afghanistan which is a recipe said to be attracting the terrorists into the country.

Asiedu Nketia said these terrorist groups are in to avenge the destruction of their country.

The Chief Scribe of the largest opposition party did not mince words in stating that the appointment of Bryan Acheampong who is also the Member of Parliament (MP) for Abetifi Constituency was an open invitation for terrorist attack against Ghana.

In an interview with Kasapa FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Asiedu Nketia said, “Ghana didn’t fight in the Afghanistan war but Bryan Acheampong who joined the US Army went and fought in that country and bombarded the country destroying it in the process so he’s very known to the people of Afghanistan. If after that the President has appointed him as the head of National Security then that is an open invitation for terrorists attack against Ghana’.

General Mosquito said the Minister of State in-charge of National Security is an enemy to the Afghan terrorists adding that his position could cause a big problem for the country.

‘He is an enemy to the Afghan terrorists and they easily launch an onslaught on their enemies, Bryan Acheampong being the Head of National Security could cause this country problem,’ he said in the interview with Kasapa FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com.
