Busunya (B/A) April 10, GNA - Residents of Busunya, capital town of the newly created Nkoranza North district are to construct a multi-million cedis market to enable them to generate more revenue for the accelerated development of the district. Mr. Kingsley Oheneba Yeboah, unit committee chairman, told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at Busunya that the community had cleared a large tract of land for the commencement of the project. He said opinion leaders in the area had decided to call a stakeholders meeting to seek support from communities in the district towards the project.

Mr. Kingsley Oheneba Yeboah, unit committee chairman, told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at Busunya that the community had cleared a large tract of land for the commencement of the project. He said opinion leaders in the area had decided to call a stakeholders meeting to seek support from communities in the district towards the project. Mr. Yeboah urged revenue collectors to intensify efforts and to be efficient and honest in the discharge of their duties to enable the Assembly to undretake more development projects. He appealed to non-resident citizens to donate generously in support of on-going projects in the area. Mr. Yeboah, who is PTA chairman of Busunya Senior High School, commended Nkoranza District Assembly for constructing a three classroom block and a computer laboratory for the school. He advised students of the school to take their education seriously to enable them to reach higher levels.
