Aide to former President John Dramani Mahama, Joyce Bawah Mogtari, is of the view that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia wants a debate with her boss to redeem his dead image.
The Bawumia 2024 campaign recently called for a debate between the current Vice President and the former president as the major parties begin serious campaigning ahead of the 2024 polls.
The team believes that a debate will allow presidential candidates to break down their policies and programmes to the people of Ghana.
But Joyce Bawah Mogtari while reacting to this in a post shared via social media said “The effrontery, and the temerity of a failure trying to reignite a fledgling career!”.
Other reactions to the call for a debate by Dr Omane Boamah also read “The impudence of a self-acclaimed inexperienced and incompetent “mate” asking to debate an experienced driver! Think!”
