...His Friend Orders Removal Of Flags
Yet to be liberated Volta River Authority workers have intensified their campaign for President John Agyekum Kufuor to remove the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr Charles Wereko Brobby and the board of directors.

The Volta transmission station at Tema is the latest to ''ignite'' with the system’s transmission awash with red flags to complete the circuit while the soul-lifting song ''Ye be ye den na yetu Brobby'' (how can we remove Brobby) goes on.

Ironically, the nearby material section headed by Madam Harriet Wilson is without a single flag though the workers and vehicles keep the red flag identification.

In the morning of Tuesday May 6, this year, Madam Wilson reportedly convened a meeting of her staff at the ‘warehouse’ and ordered that the red flags flying at the main gate be removed. The worried director allegedly pleaded the subordinates to exercise patience for the chief was making efforts to resolve their problems.

Reports say the message of red flags hoisted by the VRA workers has caught up with workers like bushfire.
