Chaos at NDC Congress over appointment of Communication Directors

Several NDC members and delegates on Saturday vented their spleen at the party executives over decision to appoint Communication Directors and Treasurers.

Leadership of the party announced a proposal suggesting an amendment to the party’s constitution which will allow Communication Directors, Treasurers and other officials to be appointed rather than previously elected for.

The room erupted in jeers and near commotion as the agitated delegates chanted in the negative to the proposals of the leadership.

This forced the National executives to suspend the proposal regarding the amendment of the constitution about the appointments.
