The Pest Controllers Association of Ghana has comeout with a blue-print for building on termites or other insects-infested lands in the country. In a stateemtn issued in Accra, the President of the Association, Nana Okyere Darkwa, noted that Ghana, which lies in the tropical zone, has peculiar problems with the soil. It is therefore necesary that at the start of the foundation of every building, there is the need to find out if the ground is pest freee. Where the area is found to be pest infested, the gr disinfectingstated property at great cost which makesit imperative for land developers to treat the call with the urgency it deserves.
