Homedakrom (Eastern Region), 24, Oct. Christians, Muslims and opinion leaders have important roles to play to avert the spread of aids in the country, Apostle Kadmiel E.H. Agbalenyoh, missionary-in-charge of the Seventh Day Church of Theocracy, has said. He said the elderly have a responsibility to mould the behaviour of the youth to resist the temptation of indulging in indiscriminate sex. Apostile Agbalenyoh was addressing a day's seminar on AIDS awareness organised by the church for its congregation at Homedakom yesterday. He said the disease has become a silent killer in the country, adding, "we all have a responsibility to fight its spread."
