Kumasi, Nov 2, GNA - Apostle Bill Adkins, Head Pastor of the Greater Imani Churches and Christian Centre in the United States (US), has called on Christians to learn to rest on God to have answers to their problems.

He said if Christians abide by the principles of the Gospel, they could be restored and revived, no matter their situations in life. Preaching at the opening of a two-day Body and Soul Crusade at the Jackson's Park in Kumasi on Friday night, Apostle Adkins said, "God looked beyond our faults and looks at our needs".

"We must be ready for every storm in life, the Devil will confuse you to believe that you are losing but if you stay in the Lord, you will be free and prosperous," he said.

There was a free medical care for over 450 patients as part of the crusade which has as its theme, "Prosper and be in good health as your soul prospers".

The patients were treated and given free drugs on wide range of ailments, including malaria, chest infection, urinal tract infections, eye diseases, hypertension and anaemia.

Dr Anthony Enimil, medical doctor at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) and a Co-ordinator of the crusade, briefing the GNA said, since it was a general clinic, serious complaints were referred to the hospitals.
