The Leader of Ghanaians Abroad Coalition and 2008 Presidential Aspirant, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as ("Kwame Mayor") has publicly asked World Leaders, and Economic Institutions especially in the United States of America, Great Britain, France, Germany and Japan to give Ghana $1 Billion Dollars to propel the Nation into Economic Renaissance as well as Scientific and Industrial Revolution !!!.

The charismatic Politician, who became the first Ghanaian-American to run for Mayor of Los Angeles in (1993) and may qualify to enter into the Guiness Book of Records as the first indigenous African to run for a higher public office in the history of America - (since America's Independence from Great Britain in 1776), made his public appeal to World Leaders and Economic Institutions as he launched his Presidential Website : KwameforPresident.Com to raise money for his Presidential race in Ghana.

Meanwhile, "Osagyefo" Kwame Mayor has ended public speculation about his Presidential Candidacy by hinting that he will file his Nomination papers between 8th October 2007 and 22nd October 2007 to seek the CPP Flagbearership for the 2008 Presidential race.

The popular Ghanaian-American Politician has until October 22, 2007 to raise (at least) 100 Million Cedis, equivalent to ($10,000 Dollars) to pay for the filing fee of the Convention People's Party (CPP), the Party of Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah which he, (the Self-Proclaimed Re-Incarnation of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah) is seeking to become its 2008 Flagbearer.

The Pro-American Democracy and Peace Activist, a Civil Rights Icon in his own right who is known in Political Circles for his "Nelson Mandela's Spirit and Political Traits" of Moral Resistance against injustice, oppression and persecution; Extraordinary Courage and Political Fearlessness; Endurance as well as Amazing Grace, has began an Emergency Fundraising to raise money to meet the deadline of his Party's Presidential Filing Nomination.

Touching on his appeal to Rich Nations to give Ghana $ 1 billion Dollars for Economic, Scientific and Technological Empowerment", the Politician remarked :

" We want to see Ghana's Economic Renaissance and create a permanent Multi -Party system with Freedom and Liberty guaranteed to everybody in Ghana".

" When we finally realize that we need a permanent Multi Party Democratic system, and that Freedom is Sacred, Ghana, a Country blessed with Humanitarian people shall be the Paradise of Africa", the former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate reminded Ghanaians.

" We need to build an African version of America's Statute of Liberty in Ghana when Democracy and Freedom become permanently entrenched in the Country, and as we move towards a permanent Multi-Party Democratic system in Ghana, we must never forget that the whole Continent of Africa must enjoy permanent Democracy and Freedom", "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, (Kwame Mayor) re-stated his 2003 statement.

"Osagyefo", a long time proponent of "Democratic Centrism" says Ghanaians Abroad Coalition will contribute towards achieving Multi Party Democracy, Ethnic and National Unity in Ghana and will honor all the Independence Heroes of Ghana, regardless of their political affiliations.

" Asked about the Uhuru Party he recently formed, the Politician explained :

"Uhuru Party (UP) is a Party I formed towards a Continental African Union Government and one of its aims is to lobby for blacks in the Diaspora, especially African Americans and Caribbeans to vote for the first time in Africa since Africans were captured and taken into Slavery."

"Uhuru Party will lobby for our brothers and sisters in the Diaspora, especially African-Americans and Caribbeans to vote in Africa as their Ancestral Right !!!", said the Pan-Africanist Democracy advocate.

" I was born into the CPP Tradition and if given a chance, I will prove to the World Community, as I have already proven to Ghanaians that I am indeed "The Re-Incarnation of Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah in terms of my Powerful and Monumental ideas which have dictated and shaped policies in Ghana, yet for political and personal reasons, His Excellency, President John Agyekum Kuffuor has (never) given me any credit !!!", lamented the increasingly popular Politician.
