Following the xenophobic attacks many Nigerians are currently going through in South Africa, many people have taken to social media to condemn the gruesome killings.

Comedian Clemento Suarez has added his voice to this disturbing situation.

In a Facebook post sighted by zionfelix.net, a very angry Clemento sought to understand why such a despicable and inhumane act would be tolerated in this day and age.

He condemned the attacks on Nigerians whom he referred to as twin brothers of Ghanaians.

African leaders were not spared; Clemento charged them to take immediate and effective actions to stop the attacks.

In the past few days, rioters have caused chaos in Johannesburg, South Africa’s commercial capital, torching vehicles and looting shops, many of which are owned by Nigerian nationals.

South Africa is gaining popularity for xenophobia as this isn’t the only time it has happened.

In 2008, there was a wave of attacks across the country against refugees and immigrants – more than 60 people were reported to have been killed and thousands displaced.

2015 also witnessed outbreaks of violence against non-South Africans, mostly in the cities of Durban and Johannesburg.
