Ghana’s Coronavirus case count has crossed 11,000 as the country records 262 new cases, according to latest updates by the Ghana Health Service.
Four hundred and ninety-eight cases were announced midday on Friday, June 12, and barely 12 hours after that, latest figures released by the Ghana Health Service on Saturday, June 13, 2020, indicate that the new case count is now 11,118, with 3,979 recoveries and 48 deaths.
Total active cases now stand at 7,091.
Greater Accra Region still leads with the highest number of cases, 6,888, followed by the Ashanti Region with 1,989 cases.
