The Coronavirus disease continues to ravage human lives and economies all over the world and there are even fears that the world as we know it may never be the same when this pandemic is over.

Ghana confirmed its first case of Coronavirus on March 12 and has since reported a total of 2,719 infections, 18 deaths and 294 recoveries.

Government officials at the forefront of the fight in Ghana say they are leaving no stone unturned in their effort to ensure that the country gets out of the woods in the not too distant future.

But for now, the Coronavirus is still a matter of life and death hence GhanaWeb is reflecting on lessons acquired from this deadly disease and how people have adjusted their way life.

Speaking with some visibly frustrated traders and pedestrians at the Madina market, they echoed how the novel coronavirus has enhanced their personal hygiene, thought them how to stay at home, the wickedness of mankind and many more.

“ I never knew some ladies could be so cruel until the emergence of coronavirus, could you believe that I’ve been spending money on a lady I love for years but hardly would she honour invitations to my house but for coronavirus and its lockdown she is now living with me”, a gentleman said.

“ I barely take my bath on a daily basis, talk less of washing my hands but for the fear of contracting the deadly disease I wash my hands every ten minutes and even bath twice daily”. A trader recounted.
