Despite the ban on social gatherings and religious activities across the country, the Anyako Kpota branch of the Apostle Revelation Society (ARS) see no need to adhere to the directives as the church held its Sunday Service yesterday, March 22, 2020, which was well attended by members of the church all adorned in whites clothes.

According to some members of the church led by Prophet Edwin Selasi Wogbloexo Wovenu, there had been a revelation in the church since December last year that in 2020 the country would be hit with a deadly viral infection which will result into the death of so many people.

The leader of the Anyako Kpota branch of the ARS, Prophet Edwin Selasi Wogbloexo said as a result of the revelation, the church has been going through a number of spiritual assignments in order to avert the pandemic since the revelation came.

According to the leader, herbal medicine has also been prepared for consumption by congregants of the church in order to protect them from contracting the deadly covid-19 pandemic.

Father and trainer of popular boxer, Isaac Dogbey, who is a member of the congregation. Paul Dogbey also said he believes in the revelation and so decided to travel all the way from the United States to be part of the church's activities and also to take the herbal medicine.

He added that the medicine has since been taken to the US by his son to be shared among other members of the family against the Coronavirus.

The church service went on smoothly without any distractions from police officers who are enforcing the ban of social gatherings and religious activities.

The church believes that the best option for them at this moment is to turn to God.
