The Graphic, in a centre spread story, reports that participants at a workshop on: " Towards a voluntary probation service provision in Ghana", have called for the revision of the country's probation system to ensure that offenders are properly reformed.

"House pegs VAT at 10 per cent", is the lead headline on the front page of the Graphic.

In another front page story headlined: SSS admission fee now 15,000 cedis", the Graphic reports that the Ghana Education Service (GES) has pegged the admission fee to be charged by Senior Secondary Schools at 15,000 cedis.

In an inside page story, the Graphic reports that the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) explained that some of its customers are experiencing outages beyond the published programme because the Volta River Authority (VRA) is only able to supply half of the required domestic capacity.
