Daily Guide to be dragged before NMC?

The Convener of the Forum for Governance and Justice, Mr. Clement Apaak has threatened to drag some media houses before the National Media Commission(NMC) for the publication of what he calls “falsehood and concoctions” against President John Dramani Mahama.

He said this on Radio Gold’s “Tea Cup” programme on Friday morning, when he called into the program to discuss a Daily Guide newspaper publication in connection with world-acclaimed gay activist, Andrew Solomon, and his alleged relationship with President John Mahama.

According to Dr. Apaak, the newspaper publication which was captioned ‘Mahama Gay Pal Pops Up’, is part of a grand conspiracy to fabricate and spew lies about the integrity of the President.

“The idea is to destabilize and make the country ungovernable,” he stated, adding that though the publication did not make any direct claim about President Mahama engaging in any homosexual act, such publications, he would be reporting to the NMC (National Media Commission)”.

“How can you say a married president with kids, a pious Christian man has a gay partner,”? he questioned the newspaper.

He urged all Ghanaians to treat such publications with contempt.

President John Dramani Mahama is fingered to be in bed with Mr. Andrew Solomon, a gay lobbyist.

Andrew Solomon is the founder of the Solomon Research Fellowship for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) located at the Yale University in Connecticut, USA.

He is known to be a strong financier of gay advocacy and a formidable gay lobbyist worldwide.

Pastor Amos Kevin-Anane, Student Counselor of the Pentecost University, in an interview on Citi FM’s Eye Witness News on Thursday, indicated that per an extensive research he has conducted, there is a link at the presidency to Andrew Solomon.

He said this is an attempt to push the gay agenda in the country, knowing that ‘super powers’ like America and others have accepted it.

The issues of homosexuality has become a matter of controversy in the country especially since the President nominated Nana Oye Lithur as Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection; a woman alleged to have backed the rights of homosexuals. A claim she has vehemently denied.

The issue which seems not to be dying has come up again this time implicating the President.
