Ghana goalkeeper Daniel Agyei returned to the Simba FC starting X1 in their 0-0 draw at Toto Africans over the weekend.
Agyei, 27, was handed a deserved rest in their 2-3 defeat to Mbao last Monday.
The Ghanaian restored some stability in post as the league leaders drew blank at the CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza.
Agyei signal
The Ghana international has emerged a star performer for the Tanzanian giants since he joined as a free agent.
He has become a key cog for the side as they chase the Premier League crown.
Simba are two points above rivals Young Africans with three games to end the season.
But Yanga have played two games less which put them in pole position to possible clinch the trophy at the expense of their sworn rivals.
