Popular spiritual leader Kwabena Asiamah, widely known as Ajagurajah, has expressed concern over the curse Akua Donkor placed on Delay and its potential repercussions.
In a recent social media video, Prophet Ajagurajah advised Delay to seek spiritual protection now that Akua Donkor has passed away, warning her of potential consequences if she ignores his counsel.
"When I heard of Akua Donkor's death, the first person who came to mind was Delay because of the curse the woman placed on her. I worry for Delay and hope she listens to my advice and seeks strong spiritual protection; otherwise, the woman's words will have an effect on her," he said.
Ajagurajah said if the two had managed to resolve their differences privately, the curse would not affect Delay.
"I haven't met Delay, so I don't know if they reconciled in private. But if they haven't, I reiterate that she should look for spiritual protection," he added.
Meanwhile, Akua Donkor’s family has asked Delay to take the initiative to meet with them, apologise and appease the deceased.
Background
In a recent interview on Agyenkwa FM, Akua Donkor recounted a bitter encounter with Delay on "The Delay Show" nine years ago that left her feeling humiliated. She alleged that Delay insulted and disrespected her, prompting her to place a curse on the media personality.
She recalled, “I cursed her after the show, saying that if she hasn’t given birth before, she will never give birth. Also, she will never find a better man to marry in this life until she dies. You left your mother to come and call me a mad woman?
“Yes! I told her that! If I drove all the way from Kumasi to be humiliated like this, and you have already called me a witch and now a mad woman, then I am leaving. But I told her that she would not find a better man to marry, let alone have kids in this life! And then I stood up and left…” Akua Donkor said.
