District Chief Executive for Upper Denkyira West District Assembly, Hon. Asiedu Agyemang has rallied a passionate call to the government to speed up developmental projects in his district.
His call follows from claims that, things have never been easy ever since 'the Denkyira Oboase incident' happened in the Upper Denkyira West District.
Speaking to Modernafrika.com, He stated that, “I believe that we need to have more development in our communities, so far out of the 64 communities making Upper Denkyira West District, I've been able to establish a project in almost all the communities including Denkyira Oboase and therefore I urge government to help speed up developmental projects”.
The DCE noted that speeding up developmental projects in the area was quite an enormous task, yet he remained optimistic about the government coming to their aid within the shortest possible time.
He further explained that rebuilding the community is also a way of overcoming the unfortunate incident that happened at Denkyira Oboase.
