10-year-old Deborah from Denkyire-Boase has been abandoned by her relatives due to the chaos that erupted after the death of Captain Maxwell Mahama in the community.
According to her, the incident happened whiles she was away to school, when she returned there were military men all over the place and everyone was running to find a place to hide.
She run away with a group of people but on her return the following day, her mother and siblings were nowhere to be found.
She said “I was brought home by a young man only to realize that my mother and sisters are nowhere to be found and I don’t know their whereabouts. So a neighbour has offered to help me escape but I have no idea of where we are going “
Captain Mahama was callously lynched by a group of persons at Denkyira-Obuasi in the Central region on Tuesday.
