Part 1 ...To The Crusading Guide Newspaper

The Director in charge of Economic and Organized Crime (EOCO), Mr. Mottey Biadela Akpadzi has been fingered as the man stabbing President Mills at the back by snitching official documents to the NPP and its mouth-piece, the Crusading Guide newspaper edited by Kweku Baako Jnr.

The Republic’s investigation has tracked-down how Mr. Akpadzi, the EOCO boss whose inefficiency was exposed by his handling of the infamous investigations into the judgment debt payment made to business man Mr. Agbesi Woyome and Waterville, has conspicuously been leaking official documents in his possession to elements of the opposition particularly, the crusading guide newspaper in his attempt to hit his perceived enemies within the NDC and to look relevant in the eyes of the public

The Republic will from next week serialize the modus operandi of the unprofessional conduct of the economic intelligence officer and how he left his trail uncovered in the grand scheme to seek his personal interest at the expense of his job.

The exclusive reports, will confirm his records at the Western Teller Ghana Ltd (WESTEL), a telecommunication company owned partly by the GNPC and Western Wireless International Limited, USA, where Mr. Akpadzi acted in a dual capacity of Administrative Manager and Solicitor Secretary between 1998 and 2003, until he was sacked.

His improper and unpleasant involvement in issues which had come to his knowledge as head of the Economic and Organized Crime Office and how he has so far disposed off his duty as the head of EOCO will also attract tight screening. Mr. Biadela’s paternal lineage hails from Tsibu in the Volta Region and he has had the benefit of seating on some of the tribunals that oversee the PNDC revolution, some time back. We shall explain why he has come to hate the gut of Jerry John Rawlings and joined the former President’s haters within the party.
