The General Overseer of Gods Crown Chapel, Reindolph Oduro Gyebi also known as 'Eagle Prophet’ is cautioning the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), against what he claims to be a serious tribal and religious conflict within the party.

According to the self-styled Prophet, there is a serious threat of tribal and religious conflicts hanging on the head of the Akufo-Addo, Bawumia lead administration which could disintegrate the NPP.

Speaking on Accra-based Hot FM, Oduro Gyebi disclosed that the conflicts will emerge between the followers of the NPP which could aggravate if party leaders do not find a swift solution.

Prophet Oduro Gyebi in his revelation insisted that the conflict will be so dangerous that it will develop into pure hatred between Muslim and Christian communities among the NPP followers.

The 'Man of God’ in his submission stressed that the conflict will succeed in bringing the NPP onto its knees which will affect the party’s fortunes at the 2020 general elections.

This he said would automatically pave way for the NDC to bounce back to win the 2020 elections if they are able to reorganize themselves well.

"If the NPP does not prevent the confusion that will erupt between their Muslim and Christian followers, there will be trouble,” he cautioned.

The Prophet added that, “the President and his Vice are very good pair, they work well together despite their religion but the problem will come from the followers, so the party should work hard in teaching their followers to be tolerant no matter their tribal or religious differences or else the NDC is able to reorganize themselves and choose a better running mate, there will be a runoff and that is where the NDC will take the lead".
