Ecobank manager's murder: More Police CIDs dispatched to Kumasi

More officers of the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service have been dispatched to Kumasi in the Ashanti region to assist with the ongoing investigations into the killing of an Ecobank branch manager at Abrepo, StarrFMonline.com can confirm.

Thirty-nine-year-old Richard Sallah was killed in his home by suspected armed robbers, Friday dawn.

Sallah was rushed to a nearby hospital after he was shot at between his mouth and nose.

He was declared dead by authorities of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.

StarrFMonline.com sources within the Ashanti regional police command indicate that a CCTV camera in the house, registered the faces of four of the alleged robbers, even though only one has so far been apprehended.
