Tanoso(Brong Ahafo) 6 April '99 The National Democratic Congress(NDC) government's commitment to education is to make beneficiaries useful and capable of responding to the real needs of the nation, Alhaji Kwadwo Maama Adam, Deputy Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, has said. He commended the government for making education a priority area in government budgetary allocations for both formal and non-formal education. Addressing the chiefs and people of Tanoso, near Techiman, at an Easter fund-raising harvest to finance the construction of a newly established secondary/technical school on Sunday, Alhaji Adam said the government is pursuing a policy of equipping and staffing schools and providing adequate motivation to improve upon the teacher's delivery capacity.
