The Empowerment Care Foundation under the leadership of the Global Lead Pastor of the Empowerment Worship Centre, Prophet Gideon Danso, is proud to announce the 10th edition of its transformative medical and back-to-school outreach program, LifeCheck2024.

Scheduled for Saturday the 28th of September 2024, at Camp 2 Park, Teshie-Nungua, this year’s initiative aspires to impact over 15,000 lives.

The theme for this year’s edition, “Compassion to Make a Difference,” is inspired by Jude 1:22 and reflects the outreach’s deep commitment to serving others.

Continuing its tradition of offering free medical care, educational resources, and life-enhancing services, LifeCheck 2024 is organized by the Empowerment Care Foundation, the church’s Social Responsibility Department.

Since its inception in 2014, LifeCheck has remained a testament to the church's unwavering commitment to providing compassionate care and empowering the vulnerable to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

This year’s outreach will feature an extensive range of free medical services, including dental and general medical care, eye clinic consultations, ultra-scans, ECG tests, X-rays, surgical care, dental care, eye care, wound treatment, and laboratory analyses for key health conditions such as Hepatitis B, Malaria, Anaemia, Blood Sugar, typhoid, prostate enlargement etc. Additionally, participants will be given medications and have the opportunity to register for the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) at no cost.

Beyond healthcare, LifeCheck 2024 will extend its support through Non-Medical Services and a back-to-school program including donations of clothing, school bags, uniforms, school shoes, school supplies, and nourishing meals, as well as the distribution of Bibles.

Prophet Gideon Danso has once again emphasized the importance of making a difference in the lives of people within the community and beyond. He called on church members and the public to join this mission by contributing clothing, educational tools, medical resources, and, most importantly, their time. This year’s vision is more ambitious than ever, to touch the lives of 15,000 individuals.

Since its beginning, LifeCheck has successfully provided essential medical services and back-to-school supplies to over 62,000 people.

LifeCheck 2024 is set to build on this legacy, bringing hope, health, and empowerment to even more individuals.
