Prophet Peter Anamoh of the Machara Community Church has insisted that he did not lie to the world and Ghanaians about the great tribulation that was supposed to have com on Friday, November 11, 2011.

According to him that was the message God asked him to tell the world and he was sure it would com e to pass, but did not know when. He called on Ghanaians and all others around the world who repented, because of the message, to continue asking for mercy from God as they waited for the day of great tribulation.

Prophet Peter Anamoh was speaking with some journalists at Zuarungu, a day after Friday, November 11, which he had predicted as the doomsday. Surprisingly, Prophet Anamoh did not show any sign of shame or disappointment at the unfulfilled “prophecy from God” on the night of Friday, November 11, 2011.

Asked whether he was prepared to face possible arrest and prosecution for causing fear and panic, he said he could not be held responsible because his prophecy was not intended to cause fear or panic, rather, it was to get people to repent.

“If for nothing at all, for the first time in this country, quite a substantial number of Ghanaians attained high level of righteousness and prayed, seeking the mercy of God on their lives and that of their families. If the disaster had occurred, at least some Ghanaians would have been saved from the destruction.
