The CEO of Ultimate Credit Solutions Ltd. Mrs. Dzifa Anyasor is urging all start up businesses to keep records or document their daily activities to preserve their companies legacies. This information she said will be very useful to whoever takes the mantle of leadershipof of the business in future and serve as a guide to steer the enterprise in the right direction.

She made this appeal when she featured on the Biz trends show with Maame Yaa Binka, CEO of MYKBs Ventures. The duo were hosted by Enyonam McWonder, the host of Biz Trends. Together, they discussed how to deal with the high risk associated with hire purchased business.

According to the CEO of Ultimate Credit Solutions Ltd. Mrs. Dzifa Anyasor, apart from dealing with unfaithful employees who made away with her money, there were clients who failed to redeem their debt stock for items purchased. On her part, all these experiences helped her to devise strategic ways to keep her workers and clients in check as well.

"My first 8 years in the hire purchase business was very tough for me in dealing with employees but also clients. I thank my husband, he's been very supportive and that's why we made this far." She said.
