The Western regional minister, Mrs Esther Lily Nkansah, observed today that one of the major challenges facing Ghana is how to ensure that goods and services produced in the country are of acceptable quality. She said there is the need to create awareness among the business community to keep to standards in the manufacturing, construction and service industry.
