Evangelist Predicts Economic Bliss For Ghana

The visiting renowned South Korean Evangelist, Reverend Dr David Yonggi Cho has predicted that Ghana will soon over come her economic difficulties and be transformed into a prosperous and advanced nation, with a dynamic and visionary leadership.

He said he is impressed by the law abiding and kind nature of Ghanaians and strongly believed that Ghana could rise and reach the heights of South Korea. He gave the government the assuarance that he and his team will pray for God’s divine blessings for Ghana.

He also expressed South Koreas gratitude to Ghana for donationg $2 million to her to develop after the Korean war. According to him, the people of Korea will forever remain grateful for the gesture which helped the country in her reconstruction efforts.

President Kufuor for his part praised Rev. Cho for his great and inspiring teachings saying,“ we always have to remember the superior force which created us so that we can put ourselves ready in balance to maintain our humanity”.

Pastor Yoggi Cho later presented a parcel of Ginseng Herbs aged over a hundred years together with a porcelain vessel with Korean inscription meaning “the beginning is small but the end will be great” to President Kufuor.
