Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has rained curses on ace investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
According to Mr. Agyapong, Anas Aremeyaw Anas would die a shameful death as the price for his numerous evil deeds and the oppression he has put people through.
He accused Anas of demanding bribes from some victims of his exposés to destroy the evidence and getting others who are unable to pay him money wrongfully jailed or dismissed from work.
“God will punish this boy Anas. He’ll die a shameful death. He’ll start rotting from the hair on his head to his toes to pay for the evils he has done to Ghanaians and the ones he’s doing himself,” he angrily said in an interview on Adom FM’s morning show, ‘Dwaso Nsem’
The outspoken legislator further advised Anas to confess his sins to God and also plead for forgiveness from Ghanaians he has erred or risk losing his life in a disgraceful manner.
“He must beg Ghanaians for forgiveness. All those whose fathers died because of him, he must ask them for pardon. He should pray to Allah for forgiveness as a Muslim else he will rot till he dies,” he fumed.
Since the announcement of the premiere of the latest undercover work of Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye PI team, the Assin Central lawmaker has been campaigning against the documentary which seeks to expose corruption in the Ghana Football Association.
Meanwhile, the exposé dubbed ‘Number 12’ is expected to be premiered on June 6, at the Accra International Conference Centre.
