The direness of the situation is gradually getting to people, even those who fall within the exemptions provided by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo following his partial lockdown order.
Voluntarily, some food providers in the Lashibi area have decided to join in the lockdown exercise affecting some parts in the Greater Accra and Ashanti Regions.

Other areas, including Lashibi Paradise, which will usually have lots of cars parked to be washed and lots of human activities on the side, today has been deserted with very minimal activity.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Friday, March 27, imposed restrictions on movements in parts of the capital and the Ashanti Region. The orders which took effect on Monday 1:00am will be observed for two weeks straight pending any future reviews.
