FULL TEXT: Read details of AG's charges of stealing, money laundering against Gifty Oware-Mensah

The Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Dr Dominic Akuritinga Ayine, has signed a charge sheet against the former Deputy Director General of the National Service Authority, Gifty Oware-Mensah.

The six-page charge sheet, filed on Monday, October 13, 2025, lists five counts against the former deputy director general, including stealing, causing financial loss to the state, and money laundering.

The charge sheet also includes brief facts detailing how Gifty Oware-Mensah allegedly caused a total loss of GH¢38,458,248.87 to the state.
