Fools! Learn from the wise – Obinim to critics of panties, bra direction

He won’t let his critics go off the hook easily, he certainly must take them to the cleaners. Founder and leader of Godsway Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim has described as ‘fools’ persons who dared comment and or condemn his directions to church members to present their underwear; brassiers and panties for a spiritual burning exercise which will cleanse them of any curses and ill fate predestined for them.

A video gone viral depicts the ‘Angel’, ordering that his church members bring their underclothing to church in accordance with a direction he received from God to safeguard their freedom from any shackles. The clothing he explained in the video, will be gathered and burnt during one of the services.

Following this, jabs and backlashes trooped in from various camps with many accusing the man of God of exploiting his congregation and giving ‘occultic’ orders which defy the Bible.

Speaking to the issue however, Bishop obinim maintained that arguments from sections of the public are flawed, his justification being that not every single order or instruction is stated in the Bible.

“Fools, if you keep saying that because what I did was not from the Bible, I am putting it to you, the mobile phone you are using, is it in the Bible? So why are you using it?”

“Fools! You won’t humble yourself so Jesus Christ blesses you. Before you question if what I do is in the Bible, ask yourself if the things you are using today are in the Bible.”

If we want to always do things that are only written in the Bible, then Jesus walked all the time everywhere he went in the Bible so stop using your car and walk always as well”, he said.
