Foreign Minister leaves for Burkina Faso

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, left Accra on Thursday morning for Burkina Faso to deliver a special message from President John Agyekum Kufuor to his counterpart President Blaise Compaore.

Accompanying the Minister on the trip were Daniel Kufuor Osei, Secretary to the President and some officials of the Foreign Ministry.

The Foreign Minister would return later in the day.
