Tarkwa, Dec. 23, GNA - The fate of a 21-year-old trader, Christina Amoako, will be decided on January 7 next year when she appears before a Tarkwa Circuit court for sentencing for criminal abortion and abandoning a fourth-month-old foetus at a public place.
Tarkwa, Dec. 23, GNA - The fate of a 21-year-old trader, Christina Amoako, will be decided on January 7 next year when she appears before a Tarkwa Circuit court for sentencing for criminal abortion and abandoning a fourth-month-old foetus at a public place. She pleaded guilty and has been remanded in prison custody. Prosecuting Police Inspector Edward Paddy told the court presided over by Mr. Samuel Obeng-Diawuo that on December 14, the accused visited the Ado= m Lodge Hotel at Tarkwa and lodged in Room 43 with one John Dekomwni. The prosecutor said the following day a labourer found within the premises of the hotel the old foetus and alerted the Director of the Hotel, Mr Alfred Quansah. Investigations led to the arrest of Christina.
