Fuel Attendant Killed By Armed Robbers

Six Armed men on Wednesday broke into a TOTAL filling station at Abeka a suburb of Accra and shot dead a fuel attendant, Haruna Abass.

Abass was, killed by a shot fired indiscriminately by one of the seven armed robbers who stormed the TOTAL filling station.

An eyewitness told JOY FM that Abass who was sitting on the floor behind a drawer containing money was hit in the neck resulting in his death.

More than twenty bullet holes were counted in the roof of the shed at the filling station.

The Tesano Police says they are investigating the robbery. Last Friday, another Filling Station attendant, Beatrice Amoah was shot dead by armed robbers at the UNIPETROL fuel station on the Legon-Madina road in Accra.
