YEN.com.gh reported the news of some Ghanaian policemen on a mission in South Sudan who were sacked for alleged sexual misconduct.

According to the report, the said policemen engaged in “transactional sex” while on the mission.

They were initially suspended while investigations were being carried out on the matter.

YEN.com.gh has gathered that fourteen policemen have been found guilty and interdicted consequently.

In a copy of Police Wireless Message sighted on Mynewgh.com, the full names of the police officers have been released by the Ghana Police Service.

Their interdiction, according to the document, takes place with immediate affect.

Some of the names mentioned as the affected police officers include: Sergeant Kennedy Agyei, DESUPOL Henry Ntikura Agyemang, Sergeant Richard Boahen Amponsah, Sergeant Paul Aikins and Sergeant Isaac Hagan, and Corporal Kingsley Etse Lotsu.
